What happens if I skip a week?
If you skip a week completely, you get twice your weekly amount the next time you use the service. This is in effect until the conclusion of the semester.
How will Smart Sudz keep up with my Clothes?
When you set up an account, you are assigned a customer ID and will receive a bag linked with your customer ID. Each time you schedule a pick up, your bag(s) are tagged so we can keep track of your stuff. Each customer's clothes are washed and dried separately, then hand-packaged before they are returned. Each order's bag is tracked throughout every step of our care process. You receive a text/email when your clothes are ready to be returned.
How does the Campus pick up and delivery work?
We have a laundry truck that promptly picks up laundry from your campus three days a week. Our diligent staff are ready to accommodate your laundry needs. Your clothes will be clean and back on campus within 48 hours. You will receive a text/email when your clothes are ready to be delivered.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
If an incident occurs where we are at fault, we will quickly resolve the issue, including replacement or reimbursement.
When does the campus pickup service start?
Campus pickup service will start at the beginning of the second week of classes.
What is the Laundry Pick-up schedule?
We have hourly pickups from 10am-8pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Who will be doing my laundry?
Your laundry will be done by our professional staff. Our staff has more than 20 years of experience in the laundry service business. We have developed an individualized process to care for your clothes. It is our top priority that your clothes get returned to you in tip-top shape.
Will my laundry be separated?
Yes, we separate colors from whites before they are serviced.
Do you have hand wash options?
We do not provide this option at this time.
Can I select what type of detergent I want?
If you have special detergent preferences, please let us know when placing your order online. An additional fee may be charged if your preferred detergent is not a brand that we typically use.
Do you do hang-to-dry?
Yes we do provide this service. Please provide any special requests when you schedule a pick up.
Do you provide ironing?
No we do not provide ironing services at this time.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We do not offer dry cleaning services at this time.
Can I use my own laundry bag?
Yes you can use your own bag, however we provide our customers with a free custom bag once you sign up and use the service for the first time.
How do I cancel my service?
If at any time you wish to cancel the service, go to the "My Account" tab on our website and click 'Cancel Service'. The unused portion of your laundry service will be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancellation request.
How do I know which bag is mine?
Each bag is tagged with your name and customer ID, so finding your bag is simple and hassle free. Our tagging process helps avoid any possible mix ups.
